Ring and End Caps should be .007” to .015”
Clearance between ring and grove should be .0015” to .002” in the top groove and .001” to .0015” in lower groove.
Pins should be fitted with a thumb push fit in piston.
Rod bearing clearance should be .001” to .0025”
Main Bearing should be fitted with a clearance of .001” to .003”
Crankshaft end thrust is taken on No 2 main bearing on all sixes and on No. 3 on eights. End play should be .004” to .008”.
